Refund policy

Returns

If you would like to return your item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your piece must be:

unworn and unwashed
in original condition
with all tags attached
free from makeup, perfume or marks

To request a return, please email us at info@ruhlabel.com with your order number.
Once approved, you can send your item back to us.

Kind note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Our pieces are made in limited batches, so availability can vary.
If you would like an exchange, simply mention it in your return request, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us within 48 hours at info@ruhlabel.com with photos.
We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or refund.
